Our recognised Training School in Hampshire supports a comprehensive internal development programme for our screening teams and in return we have a loyal, motivated and proactive workforce, focused on customer and candidate experience and in ensuring expectations are exceeded.
All Screening Bureau recruits are screened to the highest level. They are then mentored by senior managers and their work undergoes continuous compliance checking until completion of a 6 month probation period.
The Operation rigorously adheres to internal Standard Operating Procedures, which we share with our clients, to ensure consistency and proactivity in our service.
Our cutting edge is provided by our own Advisory Bureau, regularly updating the Operation on industry trends and available checks, such that our monthly Client Management Information Reporting not only captures analysis of our performance, but informs clients of important updates in the world of screening.
Above all we understand the tight timelines required to on-board new recruits. Our screening operation works to pre-agreed turnaround times, and to support these we have established a series of ‘workarounds’, expert screening methodologies used when standard referencing - for reasons outside our control - are not available.
