Implementation

Once we’ve helped you to decide what screening package or individual check best suits your business, you will need expert guidance to integrate pre or post-employment screening into your recruitment workflow.

That’s where our experienced Implementation Team comes in.  As process experts they will review your current procedures with you and supply the necessary hard/soft copy documentation and training to ensure that the screening contract starts on a robust footing.

  • A bespoke suite of Pre-employment Screening documents covering recruiter and candidate briefs, revised paper or on-line application forms, FAQs, clearance certificates, reference request types, Standard Operating Procedures, process flowcharts and more!
  • Familiarisation sessions when pre-selected Screening Bureau executives meet client HR teams and learn about client cultures, challenges and expectations.

  • On-site or telephone training on the usage of our extranet VOLT tracking system

All Screening Bureau recruits are screened to the highest level.  They are then mentored by senior managers and their work undergoes continuous compliance checking until completion of a 6 month probation period.
