Whether you’re a supplier or a customer, a senior executive or an investor, you need to know who you’re dealing with.
Security Watchdog due diligence reports give you the confidence to trust the integrity and financial stability of your partners, clients, and acquisitions. To assist you in making well-informed decisions about current or prospective employees, we produce reports covering financial performance, linked associations, media exposure, known history and criminal prosecutions.
Security Watchdog is registered with the OISC to provide UK immigration services at Level 3. We provide UK inbound immigration services to corporate clients and private individuals.
Our services include:
Applications under the Points Based System
Family based application
Naturalisation (Citizenship applications)
Right to Work Training Workshops
Right to Work checks are designed to establish that all members of staff, casual or permanent, have the legal right to work in the UK.
The checks are mandatory for all workers who are employed in the UK, whether they were born here or not, and failure to carry out Right to Work checks can have costly consequences. Civil penalties of a fine of up to £20,000 per illegal worker can be issued, which could be catastrophic for your business.
Our workshops provide attendees with the background knowledge required to not only recognise the various identity and proof of right to work documents that they may encounter, but also understand the status conferred by them.
DBS Eligibility Workshops
With multiple levels of checking available through the Disclosure and Barring Service, it can be confusing as to which check is appropriate for a specified industry or job role.
DBS Eligibility Workshops have been carefully designed to help attendees understand the roles and responsibilities of counter-signatories whilst also determining an ineligible check.
This along with the understanding of DBS, Disclosure Scotland and Access NI legislation will provide attendees with the confidence to ensure the appropriate level of check is selected.
