As a fast expanding business, we advertise all our latest vacancies on our Current Vacancies page.  We take great care in our selection process to make sure that you’re the right candidate for us and that we’re the right employer for you, so that your career can fly from the start.  It’s important to us that we both share the same values, which is one of the reasons why our company is so successful.

When you’ve found the vacancy which you believe suits you, we want to hear from you!  Our recruitment team will consider your application, CV and cover letter and advise you via email (please check your spam) if you’ve been selected for a telephone interview.  We’ll arrange a mutually convenient time to call you.

Let’s talk

Our telephone interview allows you to demonstrate your confidence over the phone and tell us more about yourself, your skills and experience to date.  It also allows you to find out more about us, the vacancy and for you to ask initial questions about a career in our company.  We’ll let you know very soon afterwards if you’ve been shortlisted for a face-to-face interview at our Headquarters in Alton, Hampshire.

Let’s meet

If you’ve been invited for a face-to-face interview (see Interview Instructions), you’ll find it useful to research this website for information about our company, our history, values and the work we do in background checking candidates entering employment.  You will also be asked to bring with you:

  • Your Passport (if you don’t have one, just ask us about alternatives) to verify your Identity and Right to Work
  • Proof of Address documentation dated in the last 3 months, which shows your current address. This can be a bank statement, council tax bill or utility bill (gas, electricity) and will verify your address information.  We will need your address information for the last 5 years

You’ll be met with a warm welcome by our recruitment team who will take copies of these documents during the interview and return these to you (if you are unsuccessful during the interview we will of course shred these securely)

Our interviews are competency based, which means that you will have a chance to tell us more about your previous work or study experiences. You’ll be asked to give examples about how you have achieved certain tasks.  This gives us an opportunity to assess whether you will thrive in our working environment.  Think about questions for us.  We’re proud of the work we do, so we are keen to share with you our successes and for you to tell us how you can make a difference.

Let’s get to know you

For some posts, we will ask you to complete a 30-minute on-line psychometric test, which produces a bespoke report, evaluating your personality, aptitude and suitability.  Our testing carried out by specialist assessors.

When will you know if you’ve been successful?

We’ll let you know the outcome of your application as soon as possible after your face-to-face interview.  On some occasions you may be asked to return for a second interview to meet with line managers.

If you have been successful following this stage, we will be delighted to make you an offer subject to successful screening checks, which we will process at speed with your permission, having explained fully what these mean.   


Once you’ve accepted our offer, you can look forward to joining our industry leading company and to starting a bright future with us. 

You’ll be given a training date and time, which suits you. Our training team will be looking forward to meeting you and offering exceptional learning about our world, our services and the way we work.  If you are unable to attend due to diary conflicts, just let our recruitment team know and we will be pleased to offer alternative dates.
