Security Watchdog’s screening guide is designed to help guide you through the employment screening process.
We want to make the process of employment screening as simple and brief as possible. The level of information we require is dependent upon what information your prospective employer has requested. If you are able to supply all the information required promptly and accurately, it will ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible.
Our Compliance Standards
Security Watchdog operates a strict compliance policy within the business. We view compliance as a key function of the screening processes we execute on behalf of our clients. All screening is conducted to a minimum of the BS7858 security standard, but with the majority of our clients specifying their own custom risk matrix usually well above this standard.
Continual Audit Process
Security Watchdog is one of the very few employment screening companies to operate a programme of continual auditing and checking of all the candidate files we process and who operate dedicated compliance teams at each of our office locations.
Both candidate results and each member of our screening staff undergo continual and ongoing examination to ensure that our client’s risk matrix has been correctly adhered to. Our staff are also incentivised through an awards scheme to achieve the highest levels of compliance. Any files deemed non-compliant are immediately returned and rechecked until they achieve the compliance level required by each individual client.
Compliance training among staff is also on a continual and ongoing basis. Any staff member that falls short of our strict standards undergoes a full retraining programme to ensure we deliver our clients the very best and highest quality service – something that they have come to expect from the acknowledged leaders in this marketplace.
