Susie Thomson
Managing DirectorSusie is a co-founder of Security Watchdog when it was formed in 1998 with her father and brother. Supported by a dynamic leadership team, she is today responsible for managing the largest employment screening organisation in Europe with over 250 employees.
Coming from a background in risk management with over 30 years’ experience, she is a recognised influencer in the world of employment screening and was a key driver in updating the British Standard in security screening to become the ‘fit for purpose’ Code of Practice it is today.
Susie is a strong believer in the provision of ‘best in class’ customer service and the originator of Security Watchdog’s key value phrase of providing ‘Delight through Excellence’
Paul Goddard
IT DirectorPaul has worked for Capita for 15 years, most recently providing interim cover for the IT Director role in Capita HR Solutions. Before that, he worked in IT covering bid work, technical architecture, implementation and IT delivery. His work has covered many parts of Capita including Capita Resourcing, Capita IT Services, BBC Audience Services, and Capita Learning & Development.
Will Hoggarth
Operations DirectorWill has a passion for smarter, future proof background screening practices and challenges our team on achieving better outcomes for our clients, candidates and colleagues. With over 10 years’ experience in our industry, he drives positive change with a client first mindset and has been instrumental in supporting the build of our new digital screening platform, VOLTi4. His reputation with clients is exemplary, and he and his team adopt a client-centric approach in everything they do. He manages service delivery, implementation and change functions.
Rob Allinson
Chief Risk and Business Assurance OfficerRob is responsible for the risk and compliance function at Security Watchdog, ensuring all services are delivered in a legal and compliant manner in all jurisdictions in which the business operates, maintaining processes and policies to ensure risks are mitigated whilst managing and developing a team of dedicated professional Subject Matter Experts and analysts.
With his a passion for risk mitigation and fraud prevention he is well placed to ensure the business meets any challenges in an ever-changing landscape of innovative new fraud techniques and technologies
Sarah Griffiths
Head of Client ServicesSarah leads our Client Relations team and joined the organisation in 2010. Sarah has held multiple roles in Operational management over the years and moved from a Head of Operations role into the Client Relationship Management team at the start of 2021.
Sarah is a real believer in ‘Working in Partnership” with clients, using data to drive improvements to the benefit of all parties. Sarah’s passion for driving service excellence through high performing teams underpinned with robust processes and the best systems for the job.
