Live Lab update!
We have been very busy in recent weeks working with Deloitte and KPMG to bring them in line with the changes implemented to Vodafone.
We are working on the following to implement next week:
Welcome Email and Chase emails are to be updated to include visual aids to assist the candidate when providing their documentation for screening.
Screener Workaround Documents are being updated to implement into the system. This will mean that the screening team will no longer have to copy and paste the text from a Word document and manually enter candidate information; this will generate automatically!
Vodafone are in a 4-week trial to accept electronic signatures on declaration of consents candidates upload. We are monitoring negative responses we receive (if any) from Employment and Education referees. So far, we have found that by accepting electronic signatures the number of outstanding candidates files each day has decreased.
Additional signature instruction has been added to all Wet DOCs for Deloitte and KPMG. This is to ensure the candidate is even more aware of the requirements of a wet signed document.
What’s happening next week?
Recently it has been raised that candidates are becoming increasingly concerned with their documentation and information they provide to us when we request workarounds. As you know this can include sensitive information such as bank statements, payslips, etc. and are questioning our handling of these. We will be working on adding additional text to certain templates, workarounds especially, to ensure the candidate knows that their personal information remains secure at all times.
How can you get involved?
As you already know, the Live Lab room is always open. Feel free to look around and speak to the teams!
