Status Wheels

As was announced at the January Event, there has been an implementation of the Status Wheels created by Lucy Bonner. These are here to help distinguish the availability of your colleagues and through this, help create a better customer experience for those crucial clients who are calling. It is imperative to get into the flow of using these wheels, turning them to your current ‘status’ so those around you can fathom whether they are interrupting an important call, in a meeting or if they are free to talk.
