Application Management in the Platform
If you are an employer and have a user account for your organisation, you can use the link below to access your eBulkPlus / Matrix Screening portal. This is the quickest way to view the progress of submitted DBS applications. You can search by applicant name, reference number or date, and see if any further action is required.
Please note: This link is not for individuals who have purchased their own DBS check directly from us. If you are an individual applicant who paid for your own check, please use the application support form below.
