The Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) replaces the Approved Persons Regime, changing how people working in financial services are regulated. The aim of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) is to reduce harm to consumers and strengthen market integrity by making individuals more accountable for their conduct and competence.

Our SM&CR recommended screening package includes all the checks required to ensure compliance in this highly regulated industry. Our package can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis making it easy to order in just a few clicks.

When selecting your DBS Level, please note that whilst Senior Managers require a Standard DBS check, Certified Persons are eligible for Basic DBS checks only. When ordering, please ensure you choose the correct option.
