Usability Coach


Role Summary

Based in our Alton office, the role is Accountable and Responsible for the roll-out and training of our new bespoke internal system, whilst educating and demonstrating best practice of all existing systems.

Roles and responsibilities

  • For systems usability success

  • Directly responsibly for refreshing existing internal systems training and usability training

  • Ability to provide training, for external partner online tools

  • Rolling out future Volti4 (new internal system) training across operations

  • Supporting implementation of agile/lean mindset and methodology

  • Supporting rollout of livelab continuous improvement initiative

  • Provide systems usability coaching to all front line roles

  • Keeping system usability modules of induction up to date.

  • Forming usability best practice for systems


  • Design and delivery of learning and development (L&D) initiatives

  • Understanding of different learning styles

  • Passionate about learning and facilitating

  • Delivery within a change department, preferably process and technology

  • Use of Agile-Lean approaches in delivery experience e.g. Kanban, Jira

  • Coaching and training experience on Agile-Lean approaches

Additional comments

The hours required in this role are typically 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. On occasions flexibility to work additional hours will be required. Occasional overseas travel may be required, but not on a regular basis.
