Q. How do I enter my National Insurance number?

A. Using the free text box please enter your full UK National Insurance Number

Please enter the information using upper case characters and excluding spaces.

Please note: When entering addresses into your address history, please ensure there are no gaps and that month fields overlap.

An example of how to enter your address history is provided below:

Please note, both January dates overlap. ✔
